Do you already have an idea that you would like to work out during the Quantum Ideas Factory in Heidelberg? We encourage you to propose it in your application! Despite our pre-selection of exciting research challenges, they represent only a small fraction of frontier quantum science. The goal of the boot camp is to unleash your creativity. Therefore, if your suggestion resonates with the spirit of the factory, you might be invited to form a new team to explore it.
If you don’t have an idea proposal, don’t worry! You are welcome to apply for any of our pre-selected research challenges! This will not reduce your chances of being accepted in the boot camp.
